If a payment was made for a purchase using your credit card, we will cancel the order, notify you, and credit the amount charged to your credit card account.

Prices and currency
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in US dollars, and can be converted on the site to several other currencies at the current exchange rate.
When paying via PayPal, your Bank automatically converts the amount in US dollars to the amount in the currency in which you have an account, at the rate of your Bank or the internal rate of PayPal.

The full payment for your order (including the product price and related shipping fees) is deducted from your credit card upon completion of your order. Delivery will begin after processing / verifying the payment.
We process VISA, MasterCard cards from any country of the world via PayPal payment service. This is a secure payment solution. Credit card information is never stored by us and does not remain on our website or server.
At your request, we can send an online invoice to your email for automatic credit card payment directly via PayPal.
Mistakes
From time to time, there may be errors on our site, such as - incorrect price, incorrect descriptions or offers for products that are temporarily unavailable or no longer available. Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law, we may reject or cancel any orders affected by an error, even if the order is confirmed and the credit card amount is charged. If a payment was made for a purchase using your credit card, we will cancel the order, notify you, and credit the amount charged to your credit card account.
Availability
All products are offered for sale depending on available inventory. If the item is out of stock, we can contact you to offer a replacement. If you do not accept a substitute product and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel the order, notify you, and credit the amount charged to your credit card account. If you order items that are not in stock, you agree that we can deliver the part of your order that is available in stock.
Shipping / Delivery
By default, we use the Russian state enterprise of postal messages "Russian Post".
Our usual method of sending international mail is via Russian Post, unless specifically requested by the client to use a courier company.
Please contact us before you buy the items if you need Express delivery.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address information during the order. We can't make delivery on P. O. Box.
We make every reasonable effort to send orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Most orders must arrive within 3-21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if the order is not received by us.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery due to the fault of postal services and this does not give you the right to cancel your order.
You have the opportunity to choose a different delivery address than your home address. For example, you can use your work address for delivery if your employer's rules allow it. If you don't respond when the courier tries to deliver your order, the courier usually leaves a card with the phone number. Then you must contact the courier directly to arrange for a re-delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to contact our courier within the time specified in any notice left by the courier during delivery.
All deliveries come with tracking information (tracking number). As soon as your parcel is in transit, we will send you your tracking number and website address where you can track the parcel's journey. If this information has not been sent to you, you can request it from us.
Risks
The risk of damage, loss or damage to the product upon delivery passes to you upon delivery in accordance with these Terms.
Return policy
In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind, we will gladly exchange or return your products / services if the following conditions are met:
1. Items are returned within 3 days from the date of receipt by mail.
2. Items must be in their original condition, undamaged.
